About Me

Growing up I was taught to appreciate fine alcohol.  At least once a year during my childhood I would travel to the Santa Ynez Valley with my parents where I would be dragged around to numerous wineries. Every weekend I would be taken to a store called the Wine Exchange where I would wait around impatiently being bored out of my mind.  However, as I got older I slowly began to gain an appreciation for alcohol.  At dinner time my dad would hand me his glass of wine, have me swirl it, and ask me to tell him what smells I noticed in it.  Once in college, my dad introduced me to microbrew beer which I eventually acquired a taste for.  Now that I am twenty-one I am excited to officially be able to explore all fine wine, beer, liquor and their pairings with food and one another.
